Suggest Treatment For Antithrombin Deficiency

Hi, My daughter has AT3...it isn t hereditary for her...she just developed it last summer during an emergency gall bladder surgery. She is on 20 mg of Coumadin an 75mg and 50mg of Heparin injections. The 75 in the AM and 2hrs. later the Coumadin and at night the other injections. She is extremely tired and is unable to function. Do you have any suggestions?? Where can I get more information on how this developed?
