Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, IBS And Insomnia

Hi doctor, i have been suffering from anxiety and IBS for several years with accompained insomnia. It has become worse in the last 6 months. i was given alzolam and deanxit to take for the last three months. I have been taking them on and off. what are the effects of missing a dose. my greatest fear is to get hooked on them.
