Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Depression

Just had a major crisis in my life , thus my partner of three years wanted out. I truly am finding it so difficult to do anything . I have two boys of another partner/ex wife who has just passed away with cancer. Now I have my boys fulltime and my partner in no simple terms said I won't nothing to do with it.. Ps but I still contact her and can't get over it I am literary going crazy..
