Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Numbness Due To Masturbation

After I masturbate, I go into intense anxiety and numbness that lasts for days. I can't think straight. I can't socialize. I can't feel emotions. What's the problem? How can I stop masturbating, or, failing that, stop this horrible, crushing...feeling?
