Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

My health insurance doesn t cover mental health care. I have debilitating anxiety attacks and I need help. Before I lost my good insurance my psychiatrist had me on Lamictal and Xanax. I felt that it helped me greatly. She will no longer see me. My regular MD will not prescribe these things and any mental health diagnosis will not be covered by my insurance anyway. Is there anything I can do?
