Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Chest Inflammation, And Abdominal Pain

Hi, I’ve has results today for iron, celiac, thyroid, normal blood count and glandular fever and all results have come back normal. I suffer severely with anxiety and just need peace of mind if anything sinister was going on in my body this would pick it up? I have been diagnosed with Costochondritis but am also having pain in my abdominal area and passing wind.
