Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Panic Attacks And Excessive Crying

I have lots of crying & feel scared & panic, this has been going on for many years. I am 59. I ring my husband only. I feel as though he is not interested in me anymore. I loose interest in doing everything even though I have a car to go. I feel as though no one understand & cannot help me.
