Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I suffer with socal anxity and I now at a job doing ironing at a b and b 4 hours a week also to go to work I have to have someone there just to take me there and bring me back and it gets me down could I ask my docter if he can put me on lyrica as I herd they are good for anxity thank you Karen also ive been on depressants for 2 years but doesn't help anxity
