Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

hi dr. occasionally i used to take pan, 2 month back i have mild pain in my left lower jaw i took advise of my dentist he assure me that there is nothing to worry due to chew beetle i got that pain but after 2 month still i have some filling and mild pain in my jaw, now doctor is saying that i am suffering with anxiety plz tell me what i have to do.
