Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I have really bad anxiety and have been prescribed to many SSRI s but nothing has worked. I don t know what to do. Or how to get anything better. The ermengency room gave me Xanax one time to calm me down and that was the only thing that stopped my anxiety ever. I don t know how to talk to mahone about getting prescribed Xanax though.
