Suggest Treatment For Appetite Loss, Nausea, Vomiting And Constipation

I am having problems with, lack of appetite, nausea, vomitting, swollen stomach, constipation, cramping in stomach, pain when I try to have a bowel movement. I also need back surgery, both knees need replacing and have chronic migraines. I am on pain medications for the above.
