Suggest Treatment For Appetite Loss

Hi Dr. Andrew, I am not getting hunger anymore moreover not getting stomach clear from last few weeks. I had few medicines like Dulcolax however I feel something is there in my stomach and not getting hunger. :( feel shy out of the home :( and laziness please suggest me what should I do?:(:(:(
