Suggest Treatment For Arm And Leg Pain Along With Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While Using Mirena Coil

I have had a mirena coil fitted for just over a year now, and lately I am experiencing painful leg cramps and occasionally arm cramps approximately 1 week before my period. When my period starts, I then can bleed for up to 14 days. I am seriously thinking of having it removed, as don't feel "myself" anymore.
