Suggest Treatment For Arthritis And Heart Failure

Hello My mother lives in Spain and has several ailments including congestive heart failure (left valve not 100%) and cancer (in remission but still). She also has arthritis and now, cannot really walk or even stand up straight. She was given tramadol for years...helped a bit. Lately, they put her on an anticoagulant....she took badly to it, so they cut out the tramadol saying they conflict. (She s on several other meds - statins, diuretics, bloodpressure, and cancer treatment). Now, she s in major pain. They replaced tramadol with paracetamol but her stomach cant tolerate it They mix it with nolotril. She s hurting so badly, and always cold. This is under the national health care system but I want her to go to a private cardiologist. Your website says there is no conflict with tramadol and the anicoag. ( Simtrom similar to warfarin). Please advise. She wants to quit the anticoagulant. ps I brought her to the US this summer..... 2 long flights atho her primary care DR. said no problem. But on her return, they put her on this Simtrom anticoagulant. Help.
