Suggest Treatment For Arthritis And Insomnia

I m at the moment suffering from insomnia ,I m taking prosomnia,wagners magnesium +sleep,and blackmores tranquil night.The question, I want to ask you,is this. Bayer,who put out this prosomnia,which comes from New Zealand,is being taken off the market,because there are not many,using it. But I know for a fact,there are others that are using it.The prosomnia,is working for me,and are going to be lost,when they take it off the market. Can you tell,me what is the same tablet,as the prosomnia.Also I have mild arthiritus ,in my left arm,do what is good,to take for this.I ve just finished,having physio on my legs,which was muscular,and is much better.If you can answer these questions,I d be most grateful.Denise Merton.
