Suggest Treatment For Arthritis In Toe

I have been suffering for long time of arthrit in a toe ,the doctors had given me treatment for inflamation but soon it finish the sharp pain came back ,i tried to eat healthy massage with differents creames but the pain keep on coming back . The pain it s sharper at night. Please can your give me some advise Thank you
