Suggest Treatment For Asthenozoospermia

My wife had removed the IUD since four months and we tried to have a child but couldn't till now....I am from Egypt and work as forensic pathologist and we had a child four years ago...I don't suffer from any chronic illness like D.M or hypertension...I have done semen analysis and the diagnosis was asthenozoospermia...the immotile % was 70% and the motile % was 30%...the PR was 5 % and the NP was 25%...other findings were normal....I don't drink alcohol neither do smoke but I am an E-smoker since 1 year...will I be able to have a child and treat this asthenozoospermia ???
