Suggest Treatment For Asthma And Breathing Difficulty

Hi iv had breathing difficulties for three years and the doctors put it down to asthma but they don t all agree, iv had a sternal angle lump fir the same time and it pops and gives me pain when I sneeze. Could this lump be responsible for my breathing , I get pains at the top of my lungs too near my shoulders when breathing cold air . Any ideas because were all running out . Brown inhaler stops me being sluggish during the day and I wheeze after 5 mins exercise and feel I cant breath out . Many thanks .Arron
