Suggest Treatment For Atrial Septal Defect

Hi I m 28 yrs old guy I had ASD of 12 mm size we undergone a closure method by angio but they can t fix the button even though Dr s tried with 16 mm and 20 mm button so at last they said this can be done only by open heart surgery. Can u explain y this happened still they said its a small hole size.and is there any treatment in ayurvedha. My job nature is to travel a long nearly 20 days I ll be out of station have to travel a lot if this is possible if I did open heart surgeryand for my further life style and health. Please explain me doctors.
