Suggest Treatment For Attention Disorder

My name is Anwar Ul Haq I am from Afghanistan glad to see doctor and I felt happy when I see for the first time even though my English is good but I write and show you my problem my problem is mentally problem when my teacher teaching me some things enter to my brain even I do not get full attention to my teacher and when I teach to someone else my brain back and forth almost I cannot teach properly when I teaching please please help me in this problem in order to get full attention when my teacher or someone else teach me and my most big problem in my life .
