Suggest Treatment For Atypical Endometrial Hyperplasia

I got a diagnosis of complex atypical hyperplasia I m really scared, I m only 32. I do not want a hysterectomy, I have no child. I m going to see a gyn/onc next Wednesday, what is the process? Am I definitley facing surgery? Or are there other options? Thanks
