Suggest Treatment For Autoimmune Disease

hi my tsh is 2.99, antibodies 197 and Antithrogloben 217. I believe i have a throid/automimmune problem but family dr says no. im seeing a naturopath now who is trying to treat it but wondering if i should see another dr to try a medication which may put my antibodies back on track. do you have any suggestions? thank you.
