Suggest Treatment For Autoimmune Diseases For Person With Positive ANA

Hi there I have had a positive ANA with a specked pattern a positive Elisa lymes test and positive TPO. Lupus is negative TSH is normal and my lymes Western blot was indeterminate. Seen 2 rheumys 1 neurologist and awaiting a MRI and allergy testing. What s your opinion? Thanks
