Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

Dear Doctor,

This is regarding treatment ... i have married 6 yrs. back and my age is 31 years till now my wife didnt conceive and after examination of semen analysis i got no sperm and after that i had done testis biopsy in care hospital 2 yrs back and result is "maturation arrest upto second spemotocyte stage" and after that i did not consult with any doctor.



Last week i had done semen analysis and the result is azoospermia but the RBC is 1-2, PUS CELLS is 2-3 , Spermotagonic cells is 2-3 , epithelial cells 1-2 and before it was NIL Except Pus cells was 1-2. I need the treatment for healthy Sperms in ejaculate. Please help me.
