Suggest Treatment For Baby Suffering From Loose Motions

My 4 month old son is having loose motions for the past 5 days (15th March) we consulted a pediatrician who had medicated with nutrolin-B and Fixx dry syrup. Today it is the fifth day, even after proper and timely medicines given, there isn t any change in the frequency of loose motion. The child is only breast feeded and occasionally boiled water(cooled) given. He is breast feeded every 2 hrs after which the kids does the loose motion. The kid doesn t shows any kind of fatigue. He is trying to roll over on beds and active. Kindly advice?
