Suggest Treatment For Back Ache And Weight Gain After A Child Birth

Post delivery I see have a lot of back ache as well as leg aches n all. Also my tummy is very big. Wearing a surgical belt, will it help to tuck the tummy? I had a c-section.
I need to lose 20 kgs of weight which I had gained during pregnancy. I am now exercising a lot and also doing ab crunches.
My son is 12 months old now.
My current weight is 83 kgs. and height is 163 cms.
Can you please suggest a remedy for back ache & leg aches? Also any suggestions to tighten my tummy.
