Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Numbness In The Arm

Hi I was skiing the other day and crashed head/face first. Resulting I lost all feeling in my left pinky, ring finger and part of my left arm. Along with that i have severe back pain near my spine and left scapula that limits my range of motion and sends a shooting pain through my neck/back. I went to the Emergency room and they took some xrays and gave me a muscle relaxor (cyclobenzaprine 5mg) and a pain reliever (Ketorolac 10mg which sucks) and said i had no damage when they looked at my xrays so they sent me on my way saying i had a cervical spine strain and that ice and heat and rest is all i can do.. well now ive run out of pain meds they gave me and i have no insurance so dont want to go back but i still have the pain and no feeling in my hand/arm just wondering what i should do i need to fix this asap. Any advice on what i can do would be appreciated
