Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Shoulder Pain

I have taken phentermine for on and off since 2005. I haven't taken any since 2012. When I did take the medication I would have bilateral shoulder pain. Painful but tolerable. Also had backpain and intermittent groin and penis pain. I haven't taken the medication since 2012. I continue to have back pain occasionally. I have shoulder pain daily but recently has gotten severe. Also continue with the groin and penis pain. It comes occasionally with sharp pains that last a few seconds. I have developed ed with this med also. Presently I'm experiencing severe shoulder pain in my right arm. Pain increases when elbow is further away from body. I've tried nsaid that didn't help. Tried lioderm patch and didn't help. Tried family's neurontin and that didn't help. Any ideas or suggestions. I don't have insurance. I kniw I need a mri but can't afford it. I have refrained from using any narcotic pain med because of coarse I don't have persciption. Family has some but don't want to use it. I know it's illegal. Any idea what phenermine did to me?
