Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Swollen Ankle Joints

I am suffering from back pain that is especially at left side and below the spinal card due to this knee pain,ankle pain and swelling at ankle joints.this was happens four months back.now I con t walk properly.in all the blood tests every thing is normal and x-ray reports alsonarmal up to now we don t know the problem.please suggest me a right path
