Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Lethargy And Dry Cough

For 2 days My 16 year old son has had fever, back ache, skin sore to touch, lethargy, slight dry cough, slight sinus congestion. His body is very sore to the touch. Temperature 100 to 101 under armpit. Should I take him to ER or wait til morning to go to his Pediatrician? I ve given him 400mg ibprophen
