Suggest Treatment For Back Pain While Coughing And Wheezing

Hello, I have been sick for a few days now. My cough is rediculous. I went to doctor and they were checking bronchitis or flu. Have not got results yet. Since then, they gave me z pack. I am on last pill tomorrow. I have also started wheezing a little, getting bad back pain when I cough, and short of breathe randomly....? Should I be concerned, even though fever and such has gone away.
