Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Vaginosis

Dear Doctors: I have had an intolerably itchy, red sore rash on the outside of my female genitalia and the doctor I have been seeing says it is bacterial vaginoses. She has tried suppositories and pills (antibiotics) for it but it hasn t gone away. I don t have any money to get an answer to my problem. Please help me.
