Suggest Treatment For Bad Body Odor?

hi, i am having body odor that literally smells like shit. if i touch inside my belly button or groin or in between my buttocks and smell it, it exactly smells like shit. I use dettol anti bacterial soap, after every bath completely dry groain and buttock area & apply talcum powder. But immediately say after 5 min again i can feel shit odor. Its so severe that it spreads whole house. I have seen many doctors since last 7 or 8 years and applied different creams, used different soaps but no use. Can you plese tell some remedy for my problem?
