Suggest Treatment For Bad Burn Developing Pus At The Edges

I have a pretty bad burn. It looks likethe 1st layer of skin has been burned off. It has been 4 days now. I have been using sterile gauze and alcohol swabs. But when I use those I end up getting little hais from the fabric stuck in the burn. I pull them out with some sterile tweezer. It seems to be healing but at a very very slow rate. Also there seems to be some yellowish stuff that has been developing on some of the edges of the burn. What do I do? Can you please help me?
