Suggest Treatment For Bad Eye Allergy?

Good day. I am working in Afghanistan, and I have a very bad eye / skin allergy. The skin above my eyelids are extremely dry and it's itching and burning constantly. It causes my eyes to swell and I can not see properly. Can you please subscribe some sort of ant-histamine? Thank you
