Suggest Treatment For Bad Headache

i have been getting a real bad headach and then i get really hot and feel clammy and then i get dizzy, like the whole room is spinning. noting seems to make it better it goes away after a few min but them i am stuck with a bad headach. I had a iud put in 8 months ago could that have anything to do with it?
