Suggest Treatment For Bad Odor Penis

i'm having a slight problem with an odour from my penis, there is no irritation, no build up, no discolouration, i wash it everyday and dry thoroughly, i have tried, antibacterial soap, drinking more water, altering my diet.. any suggestions? it is now effecting my confidence.
