Suggest Treatment For Bad Odor Vaginal Discharge And Night Sweats

Hi. I have not had my period in 4 months and I am worried. Also, for the last 7 months I have had a very smelly vaginal discharge (smells like a fart) Additionally, I have been having terrible night sweats as well. Are these symptoms related? Unfortunately, I don't have insurance, so I can't see a doctor.
