Suggest Treatment For Balanitis

hi I have been given anti fungal creams like dakacort to treat my balanitis but it has not worked and i have had it for 5 years. It recently occured to me that I had a swab and it came back negative for yeast meaning I must have a bacterial infection, however I was not given treatment in line with this, therefore I i was to get something to treat balanitis caused by bacteria would this be the answer.
