Suggest Treatment For Bartholin Cyst Near Labia

Hi I have a soft lump near my labia. I went to the doctr a about 3 yrs and got it lanced, but it is back. It not painful, just ugly and inconvenient. The doctor descrived as a "B(??) bland, maye a bavarian gland?? How do I get rid of it?? It is full of brown puss!
