Suggest Treatment For Bartholin Cyst

I think I might have just found a Bartholin cyst on my left labia. I have never noticed any pain or swelling before until just now. I'm 17, ever sexually active. I have also had a recurring issue with chalazions-- two in the same spot on my lower eyelid. Are they connected? Is there any chance that the Barthloin cyst/abscess will drain on its own at this stage? I'm terrified of having to go through surgery
