Suggest Treatment For Bartholin Gland Cyst

I have a Bartholin Gland cyst that did not go away even though I was prescribe strong antibiotics. I have no insurance and no money. I wanted to use my own scalpel and make an incision into it to let the pus or liquid out. Everybody I know is telling me that I am crazy but Am I right when I say that even though I will get to a doctor or hospital it will be done without anasthesia
