Suggest Treatment For Bartholin's Abscess

Hello, I need Your help. Before 5 months I had abscessus glandulae Bartholini, doctor took abscessus away by operation, but glandule was left. I had the same problem before 5 years, so last time doctor suggested me to make operation of glandule in the future. But I am just 25 years old, realy don't want that operation. Now it's happened, that yeasterday I felt bad again with the same problem. I have big abscess on my left side lips. I am trying to treat by myself now disinfecting it, cause one time it dissapeared by itself when I was doing this. By the way last time my doctor found that abscess of Bartholini caused streptococcus a haemolyticus bacteria. I want to hear what You can suggest me of having this problem. How I can help myself that not to have again operation of abscess or the most worst of my glandule. I had abscess of Bartholini one time in left side and last time in right side.
