Suggest Treatment For Bartholin's Gland Swelling

I had one of my bartholax (spelling?) glands close and swell a couple of years ago. I had it lanced and haven't had any issues. For the past couple of days I have been getting twinges of pain that last for a few seconds and feel like they are close to the vaginal opening on the same side where that gland was lanced. Could the pains be stemming from that or what do you think could be going on? Thanks!
