Suggest Treatment For Bee Sting On Face

I was stung ten times in the head, nose and face by common honey bee this morning. I m usually not affected by these. Swelling is gone and no allergies from them, however I feel bruise all over my face and head. Painful to touch, other than that nothing serious. Is the bruising feeling normal? Thanks in advance. P.s. Will Tylenol or asprine help with this?
