Suggest Treatment For Bending And Shortening Of Penis

I am 50 yrs old man. I remember that 3 years back i tried to intercourse forcefully and felt that my penis bent and felt strong pain.Gradually i felt hard lump inside at the root of penis. Now it has started bending towards right and also shortening is occuring. Bending and shortening has started some 2 months back whereas lump was felt at that time. I am deeling no pain in erection but erection is not so hard. please suggest treatment.
