Suggest Treatment For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia With Progressive Symptoms

I am enquiring on behalf of a close friend who has been diagnosed with BPH..sometimes borderline PSA's .
His symptoms are progressing and he would like to pursue some options for treatment. He is very concerned about penile dysfunction post surgery. Looking for info and possible referral.
