Suggest Treatment For Bent And Swollen Finger Post Fracture

I broke my middle finger on left hand two weeks ago. swelling went down then it got worse...and finger is looking crazy on one side. I have went to e.r...they referred me to bone dr but got no insurance or money. just wanna know im not going to lose finger. I can deal with it not being straight. thank u
