Suggest Treatment For Bicornuate Uterus

I just found out I have a bicornuate uterus, and will never have more children other than the one I have. My odds of having another live birth are less than 1 in 10. It is fairly normal; I have a small cyst on my left ovary. Can I get a hysterectomy to prevent future pregnancies and uterus-related complications?
