Suggest Treatment For Bicuspid Aortic Valve And Heart Murmur

I have a son that was born with a Bicuspid Aorta value. today I took him to get a physical and the MD said he also had a heart murmur. He was checked by Ped Heart Dr in July of 2014. They never mentioned a murmur. Do they develop that quick and how dangerous are the both?
